“ Last weekend, craving for some proper hearty lunch, we decided to drop by Toni & Sergio, an Italian-Spanish gastro spot that serves up authentic offerings that fit perfectly the theme of their physical location at the Venice Grand Canal Mall. Specifically, it sits just right across the Canal itself, simulating for customers an idyllic Venice-themed dining experience that we simply couldn't resist! You have the option to either dine indoors, where you can see how their pizza are made from scratch via their open kitchen, or outdoors, where you have a full view of the Canal, complete with the gondolas being rowed back and forth by singing boatmen (they actually belt out Italian songs)! Now seated and ready to dine, we ordered, for starters, their Golden Risotto: a buttery, subtly cheesy treat that conditions the palate for a rich and flavorful meal! Then adjacent to it, taste-wise, is their beautiful Osso Buco, with its tender, cross-cut beef shanks on a bed of Risotto (also the golden variety) and soaked in that signature tomato white wine sauce! We also made time for a plate of their Mushroom and Chorizo Saute, which is balanced out by the glass of full-bodied, darkly fruity Cabernet Sauvignon they served! Oh, and just when you think that the meal's over and done with, we also had their herby Baked Sicilian Prawns, which come with rice and a side of vegetables! And then for dessert: the delectably sweet piece of work that is the Cuppola di Cioccolato! Think of those famous champorado domes that melt into the sticky rice when you pour warm milk on, but instead of milk, one pours hot caramel syrup, the melted shell revealing mousse of varying kinds, from chocolate to mascarpone! An appropriately sugary post-meal treat! Honestly, being at the Venice Grand Canal Mall, we can't think of any other restaurant in there that suits more perfectly the feel and theme of the place! So to Toni & Sergio, with our shoddy Italian, we say: "Bella Ciao!" But also: "Arrivederci!" ("Until we meet again!") ”

“ Surprised at how many dishes we ordered for such an affordable price! Everything was served fast and tasted great. The vibe and interior are perfect for family dinners or aesthetic date nights! :) Staff were super friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. The Grilled Chimichurri Salmon was my favorite — the biggest and best I’ve had! Thanks to the Toni & Sergio team at Venice Grand Canal. Can’t wait to come back! Must-try dishes: Caesar Salad with Chicken Strips, Rib Eye Alla Griglia, Paella con Carne, Grilled Pollo, and Calamares. Also they Are Pet friendly! Fur moms like me can dine in at designated areas outside :) ”

“ If you want to test an Italian restaurant, go always for the Osso Bucco, or the beef shanks! The combo with the cheese risotto was excellent! I also took home a truffle pizza from Taguig to Manila, boy did my house enjoyed it! Will come back, if ever I come to VGC, but I know Parmigiano is their sister company so maybe wanna go there too! ”

“ Wanted to go for some Spanish food and this place showed up. Interior was well decorated with Spanish elements. We ordered the usual suspects, Paella (prawns were overcooked), spicy soup (good flavors but the clams were not that fresh), ravioli (liked the filling but the dough was too thick hence tasted undercooked) and loved the burrata salad. Overall decent meal for those who crave for Spanish food. ”

“ Really good food. Loved the paella and truffle pasta. Ambience is better outside with the canal. Sometimes, they have live performance which enhances the entire dining experience. Inside, it kinda smells like wood and soy sauce. ”

“ We dined on a Sunday, and we had such a great family dining experience at their Venice Grand Canal Mall branch. The food was amazing. We tried their Creamy Baked Spinach, Aglio e Olio Salpicao, Grilled Manzo, and the Pizza Metro which was perfect for sharing. The ambiance is cozy, welcoming and with a view of the gondolas in the canal, making it a great spot for families with kids. Service was warm and attentive, and the servings were generous. We take out the rest of the Pizza Metro coz we couldn’t finish it. I love it coz it doesn’t make you feel bloated like other pizzas, so you know they make quality food. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious Italian-Spanish comfort food and a nice place to bond with your loved ones. We’ll definitely be coming back! ”

“ We dined at Toni & Sergio for the first time and had a truly superb experience. We made a reservation for an early dinner and ordered their Fiesta Bundle, which was a perfect choice for sharing. The food was excellent—flavorful, well-portioned, and beautifully presented. The staff and manager were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. Toni & Sergio is a great spot to spend quality time with friends and co-workers—especially for group gatherings or special celebrations. “ A prime location on the "canal" as it is at the turn-around area. The ambiance is great and the staff are so attentive. Service was very quick and the food was very well spiced. The drinks were great and we have plenty of food to take back to the hotel for dinner later. The bread they brought to the table was a nice touch and very good taste. I would definitely go back as I had a hard time choosing what to order to eat. There are so many choices. Prices might be thought a bit high, but that is the location I think. All the shops there are renting prime location. ”
